4th Quarter Fun

On Friday, the middle school enjoyed their first 4th quarter Fun Day. At a pep rally honoring spring sports (Boys Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Track, Trap, and Tennis) the Houses competed in some unusual challenges. One activity was a large relay utilizing spinning on baseball/softball bats, bouncing tennis balls on rackets, dribbling a soccer ball, and lots of running. In the relay, Rendezvous House took first on some excellent dribbling by Andrew C., a swift tennis ball leg from Kennedy W., and an anchor run from Kendal L. Grit 'n' Grind came in second, while Stax held on to win third through the fleet feet of Claudie-Ruthie A.
The pep rally also celebrated the end of testing season, as our 7th and 8th graders have both completed Achievement Tests. Also, be sure to check out pictures for our 7th grade service day, now under the photos tab. We're looking forward to finishing the year strong, and enjoying a competitive finish to our House Cup.
