On Monday the 8th grade class visited the Civil Rights Museum and Tom Lee Park as part of a Black History month themed field trip. The students enjoyed a day out of class to recognize and celebrate difference, while remembering the unity we all share in Christ. In addition to informative visits at the museum and Tom Lee Park, the students enjoyed some Central BBQ and a little down time at the Bass Pro Shop at the pyramid. They had a great time learning about history and each other. |
