This week in middle school, students competed in the final round of the Geography Bee. This competition for 7th graders following a spelling-bee-type format, but quizzes students on geography and politics. An exciting final round in the auditorium witnessed 10 finalists competing for the opportunity to go to the district level competition as Harding champion. As the rest of middle school watched, seventh grader Grey Arnett narrowly defeated Alex Abbott for the title (and the medal). Now, Grey will represent Harding middle school in the next level of the competition. Congratulations Grey!
